I didn't feel in great shape, but I did the best I could. Did reasonably well in the swim.
T1 was slower than I would have liked.
Bike went well all things considered, but the strong cyclists were noticeably stronger than me (Kunkel, Goebel, etc.). I had to let them go.
T2 was slower than I wanted too, but not bad.
Run was painful. I had to slow down a couple of times, but I fought through as best as I could. But I couldn't hold off Mackem. Bummer!
For my fitness level, I was happy with the results.
